One Plan - Annual reward
To be eligible for One Plan, you must commit to an annual minimum spend of at least £500 across the services you take from us. At the end of each year, if you have met your agreed spend, youl receive a 5% reward credit.
Committed spends are agreed on a tier system. Pricing tiers are £500, £5K, £30K, £100K, £200K, £400K and £700K.
If you fail to meet 90% of your agreed spend each year, a reconciliation fee applies. The fee will be 20% of the difference between your actual spend and the minimum spend (90% of your nominal spend, i.e. the One Plan tier).

Customers who sign up on a 24-month special offer contract (before 10 April 2010) can benefit from an Unlimited Calls Package. This lets them make as many calls as they like to UK landlines, all UK mobiles and most international numbers for a fixed fee per line, per month. 0870/0845 numbers are included too. Fair Use Policy applies.
Customers not wishing to take the Unlimited Calls Package will get 500 free UK minutes a month on every one of their fixed lines. All they have to do is make at least one chargeable call a month. They'll also still benefit from One Plan's existing capped rates to UK landlines, most mobiles and international destinations.
Customers can "mix and match" between these options across their inventory: it does not need to be all-in or all-out at contract level. However, if a customer takes the Unlimited Calls Package it must be taken on all lines or channels sharing the same telephone number (or installation).
If the customer meets an annual agreed spend, they will receive a reward credit equivalent to up to one month free. If they achieve less than 90% of the spend, a reconciliation fee applies.
Yearly spends are agreed on a tier system. Please note that unlike One Plan, One Plan Inclusive does not offer a £700K commitment tier. Customers on One Plan Inclusive do not get the One Plan monthly line rental discount.
